Everywhere you turned on Saturday at Cooroy Fusion Festival there was fun to be had! All of the free entertainment and perfect weather ensured copious amounts of smiles by the thousands that attended. Live music, street performers, delicious food, kids activities, talented artists, literary events, market stalls, woodworking, animals, displays by community groups and businesses, plants and workshops provided lots of fun at every turn!
The festival which originated as a celebration for the opening of the fabulous Cooroy Library has morphed into a showcase of all that makes Cooroy and the Noosa Hinterland so special!
“Once again Cooroy Fusion Festival was Fun, Fabulous and Free! It was a wonderful day with beautiful weather and a record crowd. We lived up to our promise of once again being bigger and better than last year and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from everyone. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing crew of volunteers and our generous partners and sponsors,” said Chris Bell, chairperson of the Cooroy Fusion Committee.

Spread right up Maple Street at Cooroy Mill Site, Cooroy Camphor Laurel Group, Cooroora Woodworkers, Cooroy Library, Butter Factory Arts Centre and CWA Hall it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying themselves.
